Excellent Dan Curtis TV adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's classic tale of man's duality.
When bright Dr. Henry Jekyll (Palance) develops an experimental drug that unleashes his inner demons, the dark alter ego Mr. Hyde is born.
Knowing no moral bounds, the hideous Mr. Hyde is a partyman, an immoralist...and a brazen murderer. Will monstrous Hyde ultimately consume the intelligent but meek Jekyll?
Palance is first-rate in both titular roles, well done score by Robert Cobert. Whitelaw (Damien's sinister nanny from The Omen) is fetching as Hyde's clinging hooker.
Nice makeup by Dick Smith.
