Nicely plotted urban thriller concerns the "handcuff killer" on the loose in New York City.
A young clairvoyant art student named Virna Nightbourne has the uncanny ability to "see" the crimes being committed by said killer, and seized by the phenomena, she can sketch the madman's victim.
But what happens when Virna sketches herself? Is she next on the psycho's list?
Elizabeth Kemp brings a vulnerability to the girl, for an interesting characterization that makes the film rise above being an Eyes of Laura Mars clone.
Norman Parker is fine as a cop who moonlights as a comedian and is prone to movie star impersonations. Gripping with inventive murders.
Also known as The Clairvoyant.
