Some eerie atmosphere holds this small budget effort together all the way.
Beal Manor is a creepy place. For it seems the family all met untimely and grisly ends, and the place is supposedly haunted. So director Ireland decides to shoot a horror movie there.
But when one of the cast members (the lovely Domergue) recites from the Tibetan Book of the Dead, she unwittingly revives a homicidal member of the undead.
Soon, the cast is dropping like flies...just like the Beals.
Good performances from Ireland, Carradine and genre vet Domergue hold the seams together.
All we can say is, poor Cleon the cat.
