| The Alpha Sigma Rho fraternity fires up its annual initiation ceremony whereby pledges become full active members...by completing a night's stayover in creepy old Garth Manor.
To heighten the pledges' fear, the Manor boasts a real history of family slaughter: a series of gruesome murders were committed by Raymond Garth who offed nearly his entire family and then killed himself.
But what likable, attractive pledges Barton & Blair don't know as they enter the Manor: someone or something hideous still lives inside and will kill any intruders without hesitation!
This pleasing slasher has spunk, and is well-served by innocents Blair (The Exorcist) and Barton (Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter); overall, contains some authentic scares and builds to a suitably intense finale.
