Good Mario Bava vehicle suffers only slightly in the pacing of the story, but overall still has the director's unique style powering it.
This tells the story of a man (infatuated with wedding paraphrenalia and brides) who murders his wife and is subsequently tortured by what appears to be her ghost.
One of Bava's best signature moments comes when investigators pay a visit to the murderer's home and proceed to question him - just as his wife's dead corpse bleeds from above and drips down upon the floor where they're standing!
Ultimately, no match for any of his other classics such as Black Sunday, Black Sabbath, Blood & Black Lace, or even Bay of Blood...but still a decent flick from Bava.
