Resurrected by a fortuitous lightning bolt, superslasher Jason is accidentally unearthed from his grave by a foolhardy Tommy Jarvis.

Shocked to find a fresh batch of campers buzzing about his hallowed Camp Crystal Lake (now retitled Camp Forest Green), Voorhees Esq. begins offing the offenders in typical fashion.

It's up to Jarvis (now a sort of Van Helsing to Jason's Dracula) to stop the carnage.

Cartoonish characters, quick edit kills that make you believe you've seen more than you have and an outrageous Alice Cooper finale song make you wish Jason hadn't come back from the grave at all...
