Newsreporter Jane Harris (Tewes) is out to uncover the identity of the serial killer/rapist terrorizing the city.

Turns out the wacko fiend is the poor woman's neighbor!

A few good thrills and the interesting Leigh as Tewes' deaf & blind sister can't buoy this above the average mark...of little help is the fact that the Savini gore FX were heavily trimmed prior to its release.

Still...these are the *exact* sorts of titles that begin to look better & better in contrast to each passing year's 'machine gun slicker-than-slick' current releases.
