| | Solid sequel to The Abominable Dr. Phibes (1971) has the good doctor reanimated after three years in suspended animation and setting off for the mythical River of Life in Egypt in hopes of resurrecting his beloved Virginia....and eternal life.
With the always helpful assistant Vulnavia, Anton destroys any and all who obstruct his goals. Good, playful fun but not up to standards of the original. Cushing has a small role as the ship's captain.
