Maurizio Pradeaux's giallo is not so much a triumph for its plotline and killer'smotivations as it is for its well-executed murder setups and outrageous characters.
Kitty (Susan Scott) sees a nasty knifing through a coin-operated telescope, but she's unable to see the face of the killer.
She notifies the police, who are able to ascertain the killer must be some sort of cane-carrying invalid with a limp.
Could the madman be Kitty's own boyfriend who recently sprained his ankle?
Meanwhile, the murders continue...with the killer offing everyone who might have any clue to his identity. Highlights include a nice razor-slashing of an old lady and a nailbiting climax as the killer stalks Kitty through a claustrophobic greenhouse at night.
Also known as Passi di danza su una lama di rasoio.
