| A killer stalks the streets of Los Angeles by night, brutally maiming and decapitating his victims.
So what's so unusual? Turns out the psycho isn't from our world. After the alien loony takes out a young woman, her father (Devane) and the detective on the case (Jaeckel) rush to find the killer before more innocents die.
Rather muddled stalk n' slash with sci fi ambitions never seems to gel to become a comprehensible, driven force. Functions best during sequences when the murderer is simply a zombified stiff seeking out fresh kills. Still, genuinely well made throughout and the talented cast maximizes the material's potential.
