Thankfully, Circus of Horrors is one of the better ones.

On the lam after one of his operations goes terribly wrong, a plastic surgeon (Diffring) hides out in a circus where he facially transforms the low brow class carnival crew.

But when the good doctor becomes the owner of the circus, all who attempt to leave him will truly go under the knife! A lurid little film with solid production values and believable performances all around, this British thriller is worth a look.
